Can I get a new Locator number?

 

Yes, as a paid Member, you may obtain a new Locator Number once every seven days, which sends your profile to the top of the search results. There are two ways to obtain a new Loctor Number:

  1. Roll your mouse over the "My Account" menu then click on "Get new locator number".

  2. When you are elgible to renew your Loctor Number, the following text will appear in your Status Box on the "Manage Account" page: "You may refresh your Locator Number NOW".

    Simply click "NOW" and you will instantly receive a new locator number and your old locator number will still refer to your profile.

As a non-paid Guest you can obtain a new locator only one time per 30-day period. Your locator refresh eligibility date will be listed in your Status Box on your Manage Account page.

When you obtain a new Locator Number we will send you an email with confirmation.
