Au Pair's Message to Families

Dear Family,

Please consider having me be your next au-pair. I love children, different cultures, languages, family environments, creativity, and world travel. It would be an honor to help your family, and be apart of your family. I would love to teach your children art (Photography and Painting), cooking, backing and English. I'm open to all families, locations, and countries. Thank you for consideration.

I am studyin German in University of Padjajdaran. I have a large family with 4 children (including myself) that range from 7-27 years old, so I am well aware of what a busy household is like.

I have worked as an assistant apotechary at Hospital for one year before i studied in university. i worked on children specialist. so i know a lot of children and peoples health.

I speak Indonesian and English and i have been studying German since 3 years ago. this being said, I definatley want to use this experience to learn a new language and become immersed in a new culture.

I absolutely love animals, especially dog and cat of any kind.

I have also worked in a kitchen at a indonesian themed restaurant at University so I have gained some knoweldge about how to operate around the kitchen (im not amazing, but im not bad either). but now cooking and baking are one of my hobbies.

Besides photography I love traveling weather it be across town or to another country. Cooking has always been a passion of mine from local dishes to creating experimental ones for friends and family. Hiking, camping, swimming and snorkeling are always great activities when I have the chance to do them.

First of all I love teaching and creativity which goes hand in hand with children. From my travels and mission trips I've done all over the world really showed me how far a little help can go. After spending time with children you really learn about there personalities, their way of thinking, and a new respect for life from lesson's they have taught you. Id hope you and your family would be able to let me experience that and more.

And because it is an interesting experience in another country, where you could learn a lot of things about languages, cultures and people. I love meeting new people, finding out other ways of thinking and living all over the world. Being au pair is the best way to meet people from other countries, speaking other languages and sharing your experiences and your culture.
