I am a new mother looking to hire a fun, happy, responsible woman to babysit my four month old son. I only need a part timer, maybe once a week, but I am willing to pay well to get the right caregiver for my sons needs. Ideally I want someone who's confident in their abilities who loves kids and will play with my son and keep him happy. I would prefer someone who has kids of their own but that is not a must
