Au Pair's Message to Families

My name is Rudy Alejandra and I am 18 years old. I am going to write some important things about me and my family. I was born in Belen de los Andaquíes, a town near toFlorencia (Colombia) where actually I live with my mother Marisol , my stepfather Anibal and my sisters Erika Julieth Páez Sánchez and Maria Jose Quiroga Sánchez. We have two lovely dogs Lula and negro, we love them. We are a very happy family. We usually go out in our free time to spend time together. My parents are professors at the university my mother teaches Spanish language as my stepfather. alwaysthey helped me in all I need. I am studying English at the University of Amazonia because I want to be an English teacher for children; I like that profession because in that way I will work with children education. My first experience whit childrenwas when I was 15 years old,I cared my little sister MariaJoseevery afternoon after school I had the responsibility to take care her of bath her, to feed, to play with her and teach her somethings. It was an excellent experience for me because I learned many things about babiesthey are very happy and make me happy too. I hope I can give to your family lovely moments during the year! I really love children! I would like to help you taking care of your children and teach them things about my culture. I am very patient, responsible, love to play with kids and have fun. I am looking for a friendly family who accept me like a member too. I really like experiences with children and also interact in a new culture. My duty as a babysitter is take care of your children with affection, dedication and above all, with great responsibility. I am a very happy person, funny, flexible, honest, dynamic and very polite. I like going to the movies, parks, cultural programs such, museums, I enjoy walking, playing volleyball, interactive games and educational. I like to teach to the children what is right and what is wrong. I can help with cooking and household duties. Actually in my house we do not have a person to help us at home and neither one cares for my little sister, thenI usedto help in cooking, washing clothes, cleaning and the most important take care of my sister Maria. My family says I cook delicious, I love to cook. Now, I am going to write some things about my beautiful country. Colombia is an attractive tourist destination due its cultural variety, to its musical beauty, dancesand mainly to its delicious alternatives gastronomic. Also, in all the regions of my country, the happiness of the Colombians is perceived in their parties, fairs, carnivals and cultural festivals. In short, in Colombia you can find different activities to make and diverse places to visit and to live the best experience in your life.I love to live in my country, but I want to be an AuPair in United States because I want to enjoy an excellent year taking care of your children and learning a lot of things of a different culture and improve my English.
