Nanny's Message to Families
I am in my last weeks of Early Childhhod Education at Sheridan College in Oakville; I have moved here on my own and am looking for experience in a nanny position over the summer. If i were to find a position that continues into the school year i would be more then happy to do so. I have spent 4 months caring for a child with CP and doing one on one daily care, so have experience with special needs. With my program at Sheridan I have worked in Montessori, Childcare/Daycare, and a JK/SK class room for a public school board. I am passionate about the work and LOVE the excitement and challenges. Saying all this; I also have experience working in 2009 as a PSW in Owen Sound (where I am from). I am comfortable with elderly homecare even though it is not exactly where I see myself working. (remain open to the idea)
