Au Pair or Nanny job description

Full time LIVE IN position: IN IRELAND.

Available starting date: Nov 2011 or Jan 2012 latest.

To care for three kids ages 1, 4 ,5, and baby(45-50hrs /wk)

-Watch n care for 1yr old daughter -Get boys ready for school - Walk boys to school and pick them up (Double stroller / buggy available) - Play with kids - Be creative, know first aid and CPR. - Tidy up after kids. - Keep main bathroom, kids bedroom and playroom clean - Light cooking**, mostly for kids and for yourself (Don't be shy to share your recipes!!!). - Babysit twice a week (mostly week nights or a Saturday Morning or afternoon) This is rare and you have most weekends off. - iron kids cloths (only kids clothes) - light vacuuming and dusting required

** In regards to cooking, you will mostly be reheating already made food.

These are the main duties. We are open to making changes in order to accommodate requests for the appropriate person.

You will NOT be required to do Laundry, go grocery shopping or cook for the house.(but certainly for yourself)

CURRENTLY; 4 yea r old son attends play school (at our neighbors house) from 9:30 am - 12:30. 5 year old attends junior infant school (a 20 mins walk) from 9:20 am - 2 pm. You will have our one yr old daughter in your care all day. No need to have a drivers license. If the kids are off school, then you start when ever boys wake up not before 8 am (M-F). When in school you start at 7.30 am (M-F)

JOB REQUIRES ONE WHO CAN MULTITASK, MAINTAIN BALANCE AND COMPOSURE UNDER STRESS.

Salary: 120 Euros per week.

Family's Message to Au Pair or Nanny

Hi,

We are a young family currently living in Ireland for 7 years. Though we moved from Houston, Texas (USA) I am a New Yorker. I was born in Dublin and always wanted to come back, so here we are. Our sons are aged 4 and 5 years. Our daughter is 1. We are hope to find someone to start latest by June 2012. This is for the summer only and could possibly last till December 2012.

My husband and I work full-time but family comes first. We'd prefer a nanny with previous experience with pre-schoolers, toddlers and if possible has worked in a daycare (creche) but a passionate candidate with little experience will also be considered.

References will be checked.
