Nanny's Message to Families

Hello, Nice to meet you. my name is Daniela, I am 29 years old and single. I don't smoke and I have a driving license with a clean record (i've drove all over the world). I was born in Brazil, and was adopted by an american mother and an Israeli father. we lived in Israel and i loved each and every moment.. (believe it or not :) ) my parents are very supporting and loving. I have a family living in Chevy Chase, MD and other parts in the US. I studied a B.A in Psychology and studied M.A. in Child Development, and I am CPR certified. I use to care for kids since i was 16 of age. I was a camp guide for 2 summers when i was 16 and 17, and i am working with children ever since. I have a lot of experience with twins, from the day they got home from the hospital till the age of 24 mon. during the nights as well. I am quite a good cook, I can cook everything. I speak English and Hebrew proficiently(bilingual), I also speak some spanish. I have work experience of 10 yrs.+ ages NB-13yo. children with special needs and twins. Lst position- I was a nanny of twins that are 12months old ( i was with them since they were 40 weeks old), and a family of 4 children ages: 1 mon. 2.5yrs, 4.5yrs and 6yo. I look at the nanny job as a play time rather then work, and I have experiece with families of different ethnicities. I like learning new things, I love the outdoors, especially horseback riding, swimming etc. I love to paint and to draw and do any craft work. I am a person that will sit with the kids and "get my hands dirty" not just watch them from the side... and I love animals as well. I believe that a baby cries for a reason, (bordum is a reason as well). I listen to the children needs, and respect them. Love them from the bottom of my heart as if they were my own. Right now I am a live-in nanny/governess for a family and looking to relocate. Education manner: I respect the children and allow them to express them selves. I will respect any other methods or ways that are given by the parents and will follow them. I like hard work and challanges. Am looking for a Live-In position and I have a cat that will join me :)
