Nanny job description

i ama doctor looking for a responsible childminder , who can look after my child from 6 am -8am , then takes her to her near home kinderkruppe. and if the nursery is closed or on holiday this person should look after the child . and if i am am on 24hours duty at the hospital, this person should be able to look after my child. also when she is sick and she needs some one to look after her.

aloso to keep the house clean and do ironing . weekends depends on my hospital work.
