Au Pair's Message to Families

Thank you for viewing my profile.

My name is Evgenia (friends call me Janey). I am 22 y.o. female originally from Tallinn, Estonia. For the past years I ve been travelling around the world and living in Australia for over 2 years, the USA for few months and The Netherlands, where I reside till the present day. My passion for exploring and communicating with people from various nationalities is enormous. Over and over again I ve been going to a new undiscovered land, where I know nobody and nothing, trying to get a real experience of the culture. Looking for a new job, apartments and connections can be sometimes quite exhausting and frustrating, but taking a risk and embracing any challenge always makes the journey unforgettable and the life worth living.

Now, being on the road almost for 4 years, I am looking for something more stable and welcoming, that is why I decided to try myself once again as an Au-pair. I can describe myself as a person who genuinely loves kids. I spent all my teenage years helping my mom and dad to raise my younger brother Ivan, who is 11 now. Since the day of his birth I ve spent every single day with him till 2008, when I left my home for travelling.

In Australia for over a year I ve been working as a baby sitter for two adorable girls Metea and Camilla (age 3 and 5), I really enjoyed taking care of them and treated them as my little sisters. We spent lots of time on the beach, playing, swimming and exploring beautiful Australian ocean side. In playful and funny atmosphere I always tried to involve them into everyday routine such as cleaning mess after themselves or cooking muffins for mommy and daddy. In general I am a very easy-going and laid-back person, friendly and kind. At the same time I treat my job respectfully and responsibly. Apart of spending time with your kids I am also willing to help you with all house duties.
