Au Pair or Nanny job description

Shalom! Looking for Jewish-Israeli student, to be a live-in for my parents. Both parents are able to move about themselves and even though there are some memory issues- are both intelligent and educated. Father is a retired psychologist, mother a retired artist. Both are having cognitive issues- although not severe. Will need a caregiver to help out in the morning (helping to shower mother) and give meds and breakfast. If you want to go to college, or study, we can negotiate hours. You will be free on the weekends, but I will need someone for a few evenings a week, just to make sure that all are okay. Husband and I will live in the house as well. We are trying to find a large house with two floors. My father is a very bright, intelligent man, who was responsible for building and implementing many mental health care clinics. My mother is an angel, who loves art, dance and reading. We will be happy to work out a plan (as long as you are responsible and take your job seriously) with you, so that you also can have a life! My husband is a naturopathic physician and I am an opera-singer and a psychotherapist, who studied in Vienna, Austria. We eat organic food, and try to eat healthfully. Your job would also include walking with parents by the water (not bad) and making sure that healthy meals are prepared. There will be light house work, although we will have a separate cleaning lady to come in once weekly. We are a family that lives simply yet well. Thank G-d. Family's Message to Au Pair or Nanny

Dear Candidate, We are looking for a Jewish-Israeli student, who would like to be a care-giver for two lovely, intelligent and well-educated Jewish parents. We will provide a nice, safe and kosher environment. No lifting required- both parents are thank G-d ambulatory. We want an enriching and active environment for them. You will have your weekends and some evenings in the week off, which means, you can also have a life. We are "Shomer Shabbat" although I don't expect you to be- just respectful and willing to do a good job. Also my mother loves art projects and reading. Father wants to finish his book that he was working on before a knee operation three years ago left him with some frontal-lobe damage. He is quite upset about this- as he was a brilliant man- however a bit of focusing, positive regard, and gentle persuasion could really bring him back. Some of the aides have read to him (he has macular-degeneration) and find that he responds well and is still very bright. My mother is adorable and so good-natured that she is a joy to be with. She loves reading, art projects, dance and walking by the water. Please ectives. We will be fair, friendly and welcoming- yet we are looking for someone, who is serious and willing to do their job with caring.
